Overview
Mindute AI is designed from the ground up to protect your privacy. The app runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data — ever.
What Data We Collect
We collect nothing.
Mindute AI does not collect, process, or transmit any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other data to any server or third party.
How the App Works
All AI processing happens locally on your iPhone using on-device language models. Specifically:
- Conversations are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
- Files and images you attach to a chat are processed on your device and never uploaded.
- Downloaded models are stored in your device's local storage and never shared.
- Voice input is processed using Apple's on-device speech recognition framework and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- No internet connection is required to use the app after models are downloaded.
Device Permissions
The app requests the following permissions solely to enable features you explicitly initiate:

Third-Party Services
Mindute AI does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection SDKs.
Model downloads: When you download an AI model, the file is downloaded directly from HuggingFace over HTTPS. HuggingFace may log standard server-side access logs (IP address, timestamp) as part of their infrastructure. Please refer to HuggingFace's Privacy Policy for details. Once downloaded, the model file is stored locally and no further network communication occurs.
Data Retention
Since we collect no data, there is nothing to retain or delete. All data created within the app (conversations, settings, downloaded models) is stored exclusively on your device and can be deleted at any time:
- Clear conversations — Settings → Clear all conversations
- Delete models — Models screen → delete individual models
- Delete the app — removes all local data from your device
Children's Privacy
Mindute AI does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in any material way.
